TC Flag Football

Policies:

1. Media – If you are looking to take photos and film at any TC event here is what you must know. Spectators and casual photographers / videographers may shoot behind the endzone and safety zones. They may not be on the sideline with the players. Authorized and Credentialed Media of TC Flag Football can be on the sideline and on the field during games.
2. Spectators – All spectators must be in the back of the endzone or behind the safety zone – no spectators are permitted on the sideline. Only rostered players who have accepted their waiver are allowed on the playing space and sidelines.
3. Children – all children under 16 must be supervised by an adult while on site. The supervising adult can not be playing or participating in TC Flag Football activities.
4. Food, Drink and Gear – Food is prohibited inside the West Saint Paul Dome and National Sports Center. Water is permitted on the field. Any personal belongings are to be stowed either in the back of the endzone, or safety zone. No personal belongings are to be on the sidelines. Water bottles are to be stowed on the sideline of the safety zones.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy – All registration fees paid to TC Flag Football are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions beyond team registration deadline, which is set prior to the season starting. Fees are committed in advance to secure field rentals, facility access, officials, staffing, equipment, insurance, and administrative expenses. TC Flag Football shall not issue refunds or credits for player injury, illness, suspension, ejection, team placement, playing time, schedule conflicts, weather conditions, personal availability, voluntary withdrawal, missed games, or any circumstance beyond the direct control of TC Flag Football. Games may be delayed, modified, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, facility conditions, facility decisions, safety concerns, or other operational factors; rescheduled games do not qualify for refunds or credits, regardless of individual or team availability. In the event TC Flag Football is unable to host games due to facility closure, acts of God, weather events, government orders, public health concerns, labor issues, power outages, or other force-majeure events, TC Flag Football retains sole discretion to determine whether a prorated credit or refund is issued for games not played, and no refund or credit is guaranteed. By registering, participants expressly acknowledge and accept all risks and agree to this policy in full.
