Complete the registration form below to register for an upcoming TC Flag Football season.

You may use this form to:

  • Join an established team
  • Register as a Free Agent and be placed on a team
  • Register a team as a captain and have players pay individually
  • Register a team and pay the full team fee

IMPORTANT: Registration is not complete until payment has been submitted.

Fall Individual Player & Free Agent Pricing

$100 per player through August 31

$110 per player September 1–4 – Late Registration

Fall registration closes September 4.

The individual player fee is the same whether you are joining an established team or registering as a Free Agent.

Fall Team Pricing – Captain Paying Full Team Fee

Captains who want to pay for their team’s registration collectively may choose the full team payment option.

$1,100 per team through August 31

$1,150 per team September 1–4 – Late Registration

If the captain pays the full team registration fee, players covered by that team payment do not pay an additional individual registration fee.

How Registration Works

Joining an Established Team

Already know which team you’re playing for?

Your team captain must register the team first. Once your captain has registered the team, the team name will become available for you to select during your individual registration.

You will then complete your registration and pay the applicable individual player fee.

If you do not see your team listed, contact your captain and have them register the team before you complete your registration.

Free Agent – I Need a Team

Don’t have a team? You can still register.

Select the Free Agent option during registration. Free Agents pay the same registration fee as individual players joining an established team.

TC Flag Football will work to place registered Free Agents on an available team roster.

Team Captain – Players Pay Individually

Captains do not have to collect money from their players or pay the entire team fee upfront.

Register your team first to have the team name added to the registration list.

Once your team is registered, invite your full-season players to complete their own registration. Each player will:

  1. Select your team from the available team list
  2. Complete their individual registration
  3. Pay their own individual player fee

Substitute Players – $25 Per Week

Teams using individual player registration may also use substitute players during the season.

Substitute players do not have to pay the full-season individual registration fee. Instead, substitutes will pay:

$25 per week for each week they register to play.

The substitute registration option will become available once the season begins.

Substitutes must register and pay the $25 substitute fee for each week they participate. Registering as a substitute does not provide full-season registration.

If a player intends to participate regularly throughout the season, they should register as a full-season individual player rather than using the weekly substitute option.

Team Captain – Paying Full Team Fee

Captains also have the option to pay for their team’s registration collectively.

For Fall 2026:

$1,100 through August 31
$1,150 September 1–4

Players whose registration is covered by the full team payment should not pay an additional individual player fee.

Winter & Spring Registration

Registration is also available for upcoming Winter and Spring seasons.

Winter Early Bird Pricing

$90 per player through October 1

The Early Bird individual rate applies to players registering for our upcoming Winter leagues.

What Does My Registration Fee Cover?

Registration fees are used to cover the cost of:

  • Field rental
  • Game officials
  • 10-game season
  • Playoffs

Jerseys & Flags Are Not Included

Players are responsible for providing their own jersey and flags.

JERSEYS: Players must wear a jersey with a visible number to have their individual statistics recorded during the season.

FLAGS: All players must have flag football flags to participate. If you need flags, flags are available for purchase through this registration form.

Registration Type

Please select the option that best describes how you are registering:

Individual Player – Joining a Team

Choose this option if you already have a team. Your captain must register the team first so you can select it during registration.

Free Agent – I Need a Team

Choose this option if you want to play but do not currently have a team. You will pay the same fee as an individual player, and TC Flag Football will work to place you on a team.

Team Captain – Players Pay Individually

Choose this option if you are registering a team but want each player to complete their own registration and pay their own player fee.

You do not need to collect your players’ registration money.

Teams using this registration method may also use the $25 weekly substitute registration option once the season begins.

Team Captain – Paying Full Team Fee

Choose this option if you are paying the registration fee collectively for your entire team.

Players covered by the full team payment do not pay an additional individual registration fee.

Registration

Registration is open for all Fall through Spring seasons, offering extended Early Bird and Regular registration periods. Each registration form is valid for one season only, whether registering as an Individual Player or Team Captain. Registration includes league games, certified officials, stat tracking, and field equipment. A numbered jersey or shirt is required for all players. You may wear your own numbered jersey or purchase an official TC Flag Football jersey during registration. Flags are also required and may be purchased as an optional add-on if needed. Jerseys and flags are not included in the base registration fee unless selected during registration.
Individual League Registration
After selecting this field select your teams division if you don’t know contact your captain. If your team does not show up your captain has not registered the team for sign up.
Free Agent League Registration
Returning team is for those returning teams who are electing to register a single team fee and the captain is paying the full fee upfront. Team Captain Returning Player – Captain is registering his team first but paying his fee only. If this is your first time being a captain and your first team make this selection, just alerts our organization that you may need some additional information and follow up.

Waiver, Code of Conduct & League Policy Agreement By registering for and participating in any TC Flag Football event, league, tournament, or activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in flag football and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, illness, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation. I certify that I am physically able to participate and accept full responsibility for determining my own fitness to play. I release, waive, and hold harmless TC Flag Football, Nexus Sports, its owners, directors, employees, officials, referees, volunteers, sponsors, facility partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation, except where prohibited by law. I agree to abide by the TC Flag Football League Handbook, Official Playing Rules, Code of Conduct, disciplinary policies, and all league decisions, as they may be updated from time to time. I understand that I am responsible for conducting myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner toward officials, opponents, teammates, spectators, league staff, and facility personnel at all times. I acknowledge that violations of league rules or the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, game ejections, suspensions, forfeiture of league privileges, or permanent removal from league activities without refund. I understand that ejection from any contest requires me to leave the facility immediately and may result in additional disciplinary action in accordance with league policy. I grant TC Flag Football permission to photograph, record, and use my name, likeness, voice, or image in photographs, videos, livestreams, social media, promotional materials, and other league-related publications without compensation. I understand that league schedules, rules, policies, and procedures may be modified when necessary to ensure player safety, competitive integrity, or operational needs. By selecting “I Agree” and submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to be bound by this Waiver, the TC Flag Football League Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all league policies.
